Qubahan EcoLead Journal (QELJ) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 750 for manuscripts accepted for publication.

There is:

• no submission fee;

• no peer-review fee;

• no additional page charge;

• no mandatory charge for figures, supplementary materials, or color publication.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received final acceptance.

The APC supports editorial administration, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, online publication, platform maintenance, and other publishing services.

Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial screening, peer review, acceptance, or rejection decisions.

QELJ does not authorize unauthorized third parties to collect publication charges on its behalf. Authors should make payment only through official journal or publisher channels.
