All scholarly manuscripts that pass initial editorial screening undergo double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise.

QELJ provides immediate open access to all published articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Authors retain copyright in their work and grant QELJ the non-exclusive right of first publication.

QELJ does not charge authors submission, peer-review, article-processing, publication, or page fees.
